Copyright and acknowledgements

While RavenKin Photography retains the copyright to all images (.jpg) sold, paying clients are granted the right to use the watermark-free images they purchase for any purpose, such as social media, websites, EPKs, album covers/booklets/inserts, T-shirts, posters and other promotional items, etc. We do, however, request acknowledgement (e.g., credit if used in album covers/inserts, and linking to the RavenKin Photography web page/social media accounts whenever sharing on social media). The original RAW files remain the exclusive property of RavenKin Photography.

Prints and enlargements

At the client’s request, RavenKin Photography can prepare the photos for enlarging/printing at a photo lab if desired, and even take care of print fulfillment and delivery. Prices for this additional service will depend on the medium on which the client wants the image printed, complexity of the job, volume, whether or not they want images framed, etc.

Paypal preferred, but other arrangements can be made.

Once the client has reviewed the proof images on the RavenKin Photography site, submitted funds for purchase, and been sent images for download, sales will be considered final and not eligible for refunds. Should the client be unsatisfied with any images after they have been sent to the client, RavenKin Photography shall work with the client to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution of the problem.
